This is the "budget brand" bacon carried by a local supermarket chain. Perhaps surprisingly, it is pretty decent - not too salty, not too much shrinkage.

About The Bacon Label Gallery
The Bacon Label Gallery is an ongoing art project which started offline in 1998 as a small collection of digital photographs of bacon packaging. In March 2008, I began publishing the collection to the web as The Bacon Label Gallery.
