Kolozsvári szalonna - Hungarian Smoked Bacon
This is Hungarian smoked bacon, cured with salt, garlic powder, and sodium nitrate. It's delicious sliced thinly on dark pumpernickle bread or pan-fried, American-style, with eggs for breakfast.
